Use of SIT pictures

1. All transferred pictures are the sole property of SIT Möbel Im- und Export Vertriebs GmbH and may not passed on to third parties

2. These images may only be used for particular projects and promotion or online shops (including transmission to forwarding websites, e.g. moebel.de, billiger.de etc.).

3. The editing of the images is only permitted after an explicit approval.

4. The "SIT Möbel" company logos can only be used after explicit permission put into writing.

5. Images of people (portraits) of our prospectus may also only be used after an explicit written consent.

6. The use of image files on sales platforms like "Amazon", "Ebay" and similar sites requires an explicit written consent.

7. The agreement may be terminated by either party thereto by observing a one month period of notice. This shall not prejudice the right of termination without notice in the case of a particularly serious breach of contract (e.g. the unauthorized disclosure of images to third parties or the use on sales platforms) remains unaffected.
